WhatsApp Business Data: Your WhatsApp Business Account phone number and the messages processed through our platform on your behalf.

Usage Data: How you interact with our dashboard, including features used, pages visited, and actions taken.

Payment Information: We collect billing details for subscription payments. Card data is processed by our payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Stripe) and is never stored on our servers.

Customer Message Data: Messages sent and received through your WhatsApp Business number are processed to deliver our AI automation service. We do not sell or share this message content with third parties.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services

• Process transactions and send billing-related communications

• Send service updates, security alerts, and support messages

• Respond to your comments and questions

• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve our platform

Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party providers (cloud hosting, payment processors, AI providers) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.

Meta / WhatsApp: Your WhatsApp Business Account is connected to Meta's platform. Message delivery is subject to Meta's own privacy policy.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.

Business Transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred as a business asset.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL

• Database access is restricted and monitored

• We perform regular security audits

• Customer message data is isolated per business account (multi-tenant architecture)

• We do not retain WhatsApp message content longer than necessary to provide the service

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Message history is retained for up to 12 months by default. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Upon account cancellation, your data is deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data

• Delete your account and associated data

• Export your contact and message data in CSV format

• Object to certain processing of your data
