Terms of Service

By using WA Dashboard, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WA Dashboard ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Service.
These terms apply to all users, including businesses subscribing to our platform and any agents they add to their account.
2. Description of Service
WA Dashboard is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that provides:
• AI-powered WhatsApp automation for businesses
• Customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Broadcast messaging capabilities
• Order management for COD-based businesses
• Analytics and reporting dashboards
The Service integrates with Meta's WhatsApp Business API. Use of the Service is also subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Terms of Service.
3. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must:
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@wadashboard.pk if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and Payment
Plans: We offer Starter, Growth, and Business subscription plans billed in PKR. Plan details and pricing are listed on our pricing page.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Payment Methods: We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, a subscription is required to continue using the Service.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of first payment. Refund requests after this period are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, your account may be downgraded or suspended after a 7-day grace period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages that violate Meta's WhatsApp policies
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
• Distribute malware, phishing content, or fraudulent material
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including Pakistan's PECA (Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or access the Service other than through our official API
• Use the Service in a way that disrupts or damages the platform for other users
• Impersonate any person or organization
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
6. WhatsApp Policy Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of WhatsApp through our Service complies with:
• Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy
• WhatsApp's Messaging Guidelines
• All applicable anti-spam laws
Broadcast messages must use Meta-approved message templates. Sending promotional messages to users who have not opted in is strictly prohibited and may result in your WhatsApp Business Account being banned by Meta.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You own all customer data that passes through our platform. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your customers before processing their data through our platform.
8. Intellectual Property
Our IP: WA Dashboard, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Service without our written permission.
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform, including knowledge base articles, product data, and customer information.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice, or emergency maintenance without notice if required to protect the integrity of the platform.
We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime caused by Meta's WhatsApp API, your internet provider, or events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WA Dashboard shall not be liable for:
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your data despite reasonable security measures
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
• Any damages resulting from your failure to comply with WhatsApp's policies
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law. We will provide notice where reasonably possible.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Service ends. Your data will be deleted within 30 days unless you request an export before termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
